Overview
At Braxylonfrozia, our goal is to deliver a car detailing and hand washing experience you're genuinely satisfied with. As we provide in-person service work rather than physical products, this policy outlines how we handle service concerns, cancellations, and any situations requiring our follow-up attention.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess your concern and, at our discretion, may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A complimentary re-service to address the specific concern
- A partial or full credit toward a future service
- A partial refund in cases of documented service failure
Requests submitted more than 24 hours after the service appointment may not be eligible for resolution under this policy.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge provided you notify Braxylonfrozia at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover staff scheduling.
Prepaid Services
If a prepaid service cannot be fulfilled by Braxylonfrozia due to our own scheduling or operational issues, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover dissatisfaction arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions, paint damage, or soiling that occurred after service completion. We document notable vehicle conditions at the time of each appointment.
